Ted practices in the areas of estate planning, settlement and administration. He assists clients with tax planning, charitable gifts, wills and trusts and probate law. Ted has more than twenty-five years of experience in private practice in trusts and estates, and also served as Senior Counsel for the Personal Trust Department at Shawmut Bank.

Prior to joining Shipman & Goodwin, he was a partner in the Old Lyme law firm of Kitchings & Potter, LLC for 22 years.
