Sarah Dlugoszewski is a member of the firm’s Insurance & Product Liability Practice Group. Sarah assists clients with all aspects of litigation, from pretrial matters through trial and appeal. Her practice encompasses general litigation, arbitration, products liability, and insurance coverage disputes. Sarah has experience representing both individuals and businesses.
Sarah earned her law degree from the University of Connecticut School of Law. While enrolled in law school, Sarah also worked for a major insurance company managing and resolving bodily injury, environmental, construction defect, and other toxic tort litigation and claims on behalf of the company’s insureds. Sarah has extensive experience with complex insurance coverage issues through both her practice of law and former employment.
Sarah is passionate about serving her community and is actively involved in several volunteer programs where she provides legal advice and representation to children and veterans on a pro bono basis. She also serves as a student mentor through Lawyers Collaborative for Diversity and a volunteer tutor for elementary school students in the local Hartford, Connecticut area.
