Taylor Curtis is a member of the firm's Business and Finance Practice Group. Drawing on her deep experience in engineering, technology, and brand development, Taylor advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property strategy, including commercial exploitation and management of intellectual property portfolios, trademark procurement, and opinion counseling on complex legal and technical issues. Taylor works closely with clients of all sizes from startups and non-profits to established businesses and multinational corporations to provide sophisticated management of diverse intellectual property portfolios.

Taylor provides practical advice, in the areas of technology protection and agreements, trademark and copyright protection, intellectual property licensing, confidentiality agreements, e-commerce and related internet issues, software licensing, and information governance.

In addition, Taylor serves clients in an "outside general counsel" capacity, advising on matters such as business formation, brand protection, intellectual property portfolio consulting, and exploitation of intellectual property assets through licensing and sales. Taylor delivers pragmatic advice to her clients and values fostering long-term relationships to provide a return on investment in legal services to all of her clients.

Taylor is a former associate with Shipman & Goodwin. While in law school, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Mary Pat Thynge in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and worked as an extern for the United States Patent and Trademark Office (Washington, DC).
