Client Training - Confidentiality and Student Information

Available for: Public Schools, Independent Schools and Colleges and Universities

This workshop will examine Connecticut statutes, administrative regulations and court rulings related to confidentiality to assure that institutions remain in compliance with the law.  Exceptions, potential pitfalls and other current issues in both areas will also be explored with particular attention to issues related to electronic communication and social media use.
