We invite you to please join our tax practice group of professionals as they provide an update on 2022 Connecticut Legislative, Administrative and Judicial Tax developments on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 12 Noon EST.
This session will provide a detailed summary of the Connecticut tax law changes adopted during the 2022 legislative session. In addition, we will review recent administrative guidance issued by the Connecticut Department of Revenue Services as well as recent court decisions impacting Connecticut tax law. Areas of Connecticut tax law that will be addressed include: personal income tax, corporate business tax, business tax credits, nonprofit law, and the sales and use tax, among others
Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
This CLE program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the New York CLE Board for up to 1.5 credit hours in Professional Practice and is appropriate for both transitional and nontransitional attorneys. The format of this program is permissible for newly admitted attorneys.
