On April 19, 2024, the U.S. Department of Education issued the long-awaited 2024 Title IX Final Rule on sex-based harassment and discrimination. The Final Rule goes into effect on August 1, 2024.
This webinar, presented by Sarah Gleason and Kelsey Scarlett from Shipman and Fran Rabinowitz from CAPSS, will provide a brief overview of the significant changes to the Title IX regulations, address new policy and training requirements, and review how school districts can prepare to implement the new regulations for the 2024-2025 school year. Ms. Rabinowitz will discuss what these changes mean for K-12 schools and administrators.
