ACFA Presents: Hidden Gems of Article 9 - PMSIs, Consignments, and Double Debtors

This program will explore portions of Article 9 that come up often in practice but are not well understood. Specifically, we will discuss PMSI's, Consignments, and Double Debtors, the contexts in which they typically arise, and how they work in practice, particularly in enforcement situations and priority disputes with other creditors.
