Partner Andrew Davis will present from 3:45 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 16th at the Brownfields Coalition of the Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop (BCONE NSCW 2026), being held June 16th and 17th at the MGM Springfield Hotel. He will be joined by panelists Dawn Crowell (Labella), C. Furlong (Manko Gold), Michael Stroud (Ice Miller) and Jay Peters (Haley & Aldrich), with the session moderated by Jonathan Spergel (Manko Gold).
The roundtable will address the legal and regulatory aspects of PFAS compliance at the state and federal level, with an obvious focus on brownfields redevelopment. Panelists will discuss the current regulatory status, the latest developments and what to expect coming out of Washington and the BCONE states. At a more detailed level, topics of discussion will involve transactional and due diligence considerations, regulatory compliance, liability (e.g., passive receivership), litigation and long-term management of affected properties. The roundtable is evenly split between attorneys and consultants.
