Sarah Westby will be a panelist at the Connecticut Journal of International Law Symposium to be held on February 16 at 1:00 PM in the Starr Reading Room at UConn School of Law. The panel discussion will focus on cannabis legalization and regulation, and how the field each panelist works in has interacted with, adapted to, and faced challenges with these changing laws.
