Shipman partner Lou Schatz  will provide an overview of recent legislative changes impacting the Corporate Business Tax, the Personal Income Tax, the Sales and Use Tax, the Property Tax, as well as new Tax Credits.  In addition, Lou will provide an update on Connecticut residency issues in light of the just released Connecticut Supreme Court decision in Daniels v Commissioner of Revenue Services.
