There is little doubt that 2020 will be remembered as tumultuous, and 2021 has not started much differently. Issues such as the devastating insurgence and destruction of our Capitol, the pandemic, economic turmoil and issues of racial injustice are all demanding our attention.

Employers increasingly have to confront the issues of employees engaging in speech both in and out of the workplace.  Company policies regarding political speech have come under fire, and the use of social media only serves to complicate matters further.
