Fundamentals of Audit Response Letters in 2020

Donna Brooks will be a speaker during the American Bar Association's webinar, "Fundamentals of Audit Response Letters in 2020."

The program will provide a general overview of the preparation of audit responses by attorneys and will include: (i) a history of pertinent guidance; (ii) explanation of the concept of audit response letters and their purpose; (iii) analysis of appropriate and inappropriate inclusions in audit responses; (iv) procedures to be followed in preparing audit responses and (v) current developments.
