How to Promote an Equality Culture

Anne Littlefield will be a panelist during the Association of Legal Administration Nutmeg Chapter event, "How to Promote an Equality Culture."  The panel will participate in an engaging discussion offering new strategies on how leaders can promote and cultivate a workplace culture that inspires and fosters authenticity and employee well-being.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to:

• Improve recruiting and retention success by including diversity in the firm/company’s culture
• Implement talent acquisition strategies designed to attract diverse candidates
• See the world from someone else’s viewpoint
