IFA Legal Symposium

For the second year in a row, Eric Goldstein will be leading a roundtable discussion during the IFA Legal Symposium on navigating franchisee bankruptcy cases. He will be fostering a discussion among the participants on issues relating to, among other things, the enforcement of franchise terminations before and during bankruptcy cases, submitting claims, post-petition financing, set-off, asset sales, plan confirmation, and preference actions.

IFA’s Legal Symposium is designed by a task force of member volunteers with a particular emphasis on how legal and regulatory issues affect the everyday business operations of the franchise system.
