Erin Shaffer will be a moderator on the Connecticut Bar Association panel entitled, "Tales from the Other Side: What Every Opposing Counsel Wants You to Know."

 

About the Program

The moderators for this program are experienced attorneys who have each represented school boards and parents throughout the span of their careers.  The moderators will facilitate a conversation amongst our board and parent attorneys on such topics as:  PPT meetings, teacher limitations per their contract, Child Find, failure to implement IEPs and how to address, school discipline and expulsions.

• To promote civility and respect in our practice
