Co-managing partner Leander Dolphin will be the keynote speaker during "The Inclusion & Equity Summit: East" event which is a part of Centerforce’s “The Women in Law Summit” virtual series.
The Inclusion & Equity Summit will explore the changes caused by the unprecedented disruptions from the past year and a half and the effect they are having on the career paths of women and leaders within underrepresented groups. Diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives are no longer taking a back seat in Corporate America. Further, DEI is not a gender issue or a race issue, but rather, it is a people issue. In order to truly foster change, we need to get all stakeholders in the room. Therefore, all genders are welcome.
