Aaron Baral Honored by New England Legal Awards

Shipman & Goodwin LLP is pleased to announce that Aaron T. Baral has been recognized by the New England Legal Awards. Aaron was named a winner in the Rising Star, Connecticut category, which highlights lawyers under the age of 40 who have excelled in the courtroom, in client service and cultivation, service to bar associations, pro bono work, and community service.

Aaron practices as part of Shipman’s Business and Corporate Practice Group, where he represents a variety of companies and venture capital funds on a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. Aaron advises clients at all stages of growth in company formation, seed and venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions and as “outside general counsel” in connection with commercial contracts.
