Represent a joint venture including Ceruzzi Holdings and a recognized student housing developer in connection with the acquisition, financing and development of several major projects throughout the United States, including recent transactions relating to properties in:  Norman, Oklahoma; Tuscaloosa Alabama; Orono, Maine; and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
