Administration of Charitable Foundation

Worked with client, while living, to establish a charitable foundation to be funded at the time of her death. After her death, settled the estate and funded the foundation. Served as a director of the foundation and most recently was able to facilitate extraordinary distributions to social services agencies struggling with excess demand during the COVID-19 pandemic.
