So yesterday was all about politics. Today’s post is decidedly not about politics. Mostly.

We recently released our latest episode of the popular (at least among a very small group) “From Lawyer to Employer” podcast. I’m continuing to host Season 3.

In this episode, I talk with my colleague Emily McDonough Souza about how employers are using AI—from productivity monitoring to hiring decisions—and the associated legal risks. We break down key regulations, potential pitfalls, and practical steps employers can take to stay compliant while leveraging AI’s potential.

There’s no doubt that artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming the workplace, but with innovation comes new challenges. We try to balance those risks with the opportunities.

You can listen for free anywhere you get your podcasts or read the entire transcript here.

If you subscribe, you’ll be the first to know of some upcoming episodes on immigration compliance and an interview with the CEO of the CT Paid Leave Authority.

My thanks to Emily for joining me on this latest episode.
