Defended Architectural Firm against Professional Malpractice Allegations

We represented an architectural firm in a lawsuit brought by a municipal board of education in southern CT alleging that the firm should have more accurately estimated the extent of and cost to abate asbestos in connection with a school renovation project.  After mediation a favorable settlement was achieved.
