Defended the owner of a regional chain of gasoline stations and convenience stores on statutory and common law claims brought in state court by the prior owner of a shopping center adjacent to a gasoline service station. The plaintiff sought monetary damages for the diminution in value of her property allegedly caused by contamination from underground storage tanks at the gas station. After depositions, plaintiff's complaint was withdrawn in its entirety with prejudice. Theodos v. Cumberland Farms, Inc., Connecticut Superior Court, Judicial District of Fairfield at Bridgeport, Docket No. CV-97-0339320-S (2000).
