Defended a petroleum company in a Connecticut federal court action brought by its former landlord for breach of lease and declaratory judgment. The complaint is based on alleged remaining USTs and subsurface petroleum contamination at a former gasoline station in Norwalk after the lease was terminated. The case was withdrawn by the plaintiff.
