The firm is the general counsel to a family of private equity funds and in that capacity represents the funds and their investment advisor in connection with fund formation, regulatory matters and fund investments. In the recent past the firm has represented one or more of the funds in the purchase of $1,250,000 of common stock in an acquisition financing of a manufacturer of capacitors.
