Favorable Settlement of RLUIPA/Zoning Appeal

Obtained a favorable settlement on appeal after an application for a special exception from the Zoning Board of Appeals to build a new Kingdom Hall was denied. The appeal was brought under state zoning law and the federal RLUIPA statute. The case settled favorably before trial, a compromise approval was issued and the facility was built.
