Successfully moved to dismiss neighborhood opponents' appeal of a special permit granted for a convenience store and gas station in Deep River, Connecticut. After a six-day evidentiary hearing, the Middletown Superior Court agreed that the plaintiffs had failed to prove that they were aggrieved by the approval. Klevens v.
