Jim Bergenn provides insight for Fox61 on the legal processes and strategies at work in the recent indictment of former President Donald Trump on federal charges stemming from mishandling of classified documents. Trump was arraigned on Tuesday, June 13, at a federal courthouse in Miami. He plead not guilty to all of the 37 charges, including 31 counts of willful retention of national defense information.
