Veteran criminal defense attorney Jim Bergenn, who is often called upon to weigh in for the media in high-profile criminal trials, commented for WFSB on why Kent Mawhinney has not yet gone to trial in the disappearance of Jennifer Dulos. Mawhinney is the former attorney charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the case of Jennifer Farber Dulos, who disappeared nearly six years ago. Her husband, and main suspect, Fotis Dulos, died by suicide weeks after being charged with her murder.
