Land Use Approvals for University of New Haven

Drafted a new Educational Facilities District zoning regulation to support University of New Haven uses.  Obtained approvals from the West Haven Planning and Zoning Commission to adopt the EFD district into the zoning regulations and to rezone all properties controlled by UNH to it.  Also successfully petitioned for multiple land use approvals for UNH to build a new residence hall in West Haven, install a new off-campus parking lot, change the use of several campus buildings, and convert a corporate campus in Orange into the graduate school of business.
