Matthew Ritter Honored as a UCONN Law School Grad Who Has Made an Impact

Shipman partner Matthew D. Ritter was among the recipients of the Graduates of the Last Decade Impact Award at the University of Connecticut Law School Alumni Association Annual Meeting and Awards Dinner. Mr. Ritter practices in the areas of public finance, municipal law and election law. He is currently serving his fourth term in the Connecticut House of Representatives as the State Representative for the 1st Assembly District in Hartford. In addition, since January 2017, he has served as House Majority Leader. Mr. Ritter graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2007 with honors.
