Obtained State Environmental Approvals for National Home Builder

Assisted Toll Brothers in obtaining a tidal structures, dredging and fill permit from the Connecticut Department of Energy & Environmental Protection (DEEP) and an inland wetlands permit from the town wetlands agency allowing the discharge of treated storm water from a new Stonington, CT subdivision to the Mystic River. This work included negotiating procedure with the DEEP Office of Adjudications. In addition, our representation assisted Toll Brothers in obtaining approval from DEEP as to wildlife issues under the state’s general permit for discharge of storm water from construction activities for a development in Danbury, CT.
