Sale of National Hybrid Data Center Parent Company

Represented a leading national provider of hybrid data center solutions, and its equity holders, in the sale of control of the client’s parent company to a financial investor.  Included in the representation was the negotiation of a new holding company structure with a management incentive plan and the roll-over of equity by certain of the founders.
