Sales and Use Tax for a Telecommunications Company

Obtained a favorable ruling on the application of the sales and use tax to new data transmission services offered by a national telecommunications company.  Also successfully represented a telecommunications company in connection with a sales and use tax of the construction of its network in Connecticut.
