Solar PV / Purchase and Power Purchase Agreements

Represented private and municipal clients for solar PV sale, site lease, and power purchase agreement ranging is size from 50 kW to 10 MW.  The projects included ground and roof mounted systems and received funding or incentives from state and federal incentive programs.  Represented facility owners of several projects selected to participate in the Connecticut ZREC program.
