Successful Defense of Breach of Joint Venture Charges and Theft of Trade Secrets Claim for $15 Million

Represented a national consumer advertising and promotions company in Connecticut state court in defense of claims alleging breach of joint venture agreement, theft of trade secrets and related business torts, seeking $15 million. Tried action to court. Obtained defense judgment on all plaintiff’s counts; and obtained judgment for defendant on breach of contract counterclaim. The result was not appealed.
