Achieved dismissal of an appeal in Litchfield Superior Court against approval of a special permit for the Rumsey Hall School to construct a new dormitory and ice hockey rinks on its campus in Washington, Connecticut. A neighbor claimed that he was not sent notice of the public hearing in accordance with the town’s zoning regulations.
