Achieved dismissal of an appeal in Litchfield Superior Court against approval of a special permit for the Rumsey Hall School to construct a new dormitory and ice hockey rinks on its campus in Washington, Connecticut. A neighbor claimed that he was not sent notice of the public hearing in accordance with the town’s zoning regulations. However, it was successfully argued that he had failed to show he was prejudiced by lack of notice because he did not cite any flaws in the Zoning Commission’s decision or anything that would have been decided differently had he attended. Cappucciov. Washington Zoning Commission, Docket No. 08-40068433 (May 5, 2009).
