The firm provided state and federal regulatory advice, including obtaining an Emergency Certificate of Need (E-CON) from the Connecticut Office of Health Strategy. The OHS approved the application on January 30, 2026, marking the second completed Emergency CON decision in the state. The transaction closed on March 1, 2026.
