Jim Bergenn, a veteran criminal lawyer often called upon to comment for the media in high-profile criminal cases, commented on the criminal trial process for Fox61 on Wednesday evening, as the trial of Michelle Troconis, one of the suspects charged in the disappearance of New Canaan mother Jennifer Dulos in 2019, is set to begin on Thursday, January 11 at Stamford Superior Court.
