Assisted two school districts in negotiating wellness incentives into their teachers' contracts in 2012. In each case, the incentives are designed to encourage teachers and their enrolled dependents to undergo age-based health screenings, with the goal of preventing serious illness and promoting early diagnosis and treatment of medical conditions. In the event that a teacher and the teacher's enrolled dependents do not participate in those screenings, the teacher will be required to pay a higher premium contribution for health insurance.
