Successfully petitioned the Middletown Superior Court to issue a temporary injunction against the revocation of a special permit issued by the Cromwell Planning and Zoning Commission in connection with construction of a retail plaza. (The Commission had issued a cease-and-desist order citing violations of the permit concerning the route used by trucks leaving the project.) The court agreed that the Commission lacked the legal authority to revoke a special permit. Cobblestone Associates, LLC v. Cromwell Planning and Zoning Commission, Docket No. CV-06-4005694-S, August 14, 2006.
