    Bankruptcy/Creditors’ Rights Litigation Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford or Boston

    We are seeking an attorney to join our Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice in our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in bankruptcy or in commercial litigation with an interest in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights work. Candidates must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with a client service mindset and strong case management skills. Strong academic credentials and excellent interpersonal skills are required.     Corporate Associate – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford, Boston or Remote

    We are seeking an associate to join our corporate and transactional practice. Candidates must have a minimum of two to six years of general corporate and transactional experience in a law firm setting, including experience with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, financing transactions, joint ventures and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Candidates must be self-starters and must be able to manage due diligence investigations and work as a member of a team on complex transactions.     Experienced Employee Benefits Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford or Boston

    We are seeking an experienced attorney to join our Employee Benefits Practice Group in our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely.  Candidates must have a minimum of 12 years of employee benefits experience, including working with qualified plans,  nonqualified plans, and executive compensation.  Experience with drafting plan documents and amendments and dealing with complex benefits issues associated with various corporate transactions is required.  Candidates also should have experience advising clients in the following areas: advising clients in ERISA, qualified pension and 401k plans, 403B, and health and welfare plans.     Finance/Corporate Trust Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford, Boston or Remote

    We are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of four years of experience in transactional work to join our well-established, nationally renowned Corporate Trust practice. Our Corporate Trust group works closely with the capital markets and loan agency departments of major national banks and other financial institutions, representing them as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents and collateral or security agents in a wide variety of corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, secured and structured financing transactions and defaults. Applicants with finance or securities/capital markets experience would be ideal. Successful applicants must have the ability to work with complex transactional documents and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment.     Real Estate Finance Attorney – Hybrid from Hartford, Stamford or Boston

    We are seeking an attorney to join our national commercial real estate lending practice in our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate primarily representing lenders. Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation in all asset classes (e.g. office, multi-family, retail, hospitality),  and experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g. the buying and selling of loans). Knowledge of New York governing law, particularly New York lien law, and/or consolidation and assignments is preferred, as is admission to the NY and CT bar.     We are seeking an attorney to join our Real Estate practice group in our Connecticut or Boston offices. Candidates should have a minimum of two to three years of experience practicing in transactional commercial real estate, including familiarity with title and survey review and the negotiation and closing of transactions involving purchases, sales, borrowing and leasing.     Trusts & Estates Attorney – Hybrid from Boston

    We are seeking an attorney to join our Trusts & Estates practice group in our Boston office, with the ability to work two days per week remotely.  Candidates should have eight or more years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration, including knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws.  Experience with multigenerational wealth transfers, business succession planning, gift and income tax planning, charitable planning, and nuptial agreements is preferred.  We value collaboration and collegiality among our lawyers and are looking for candidates with strong interpersonal skills to join our team.  An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred but not required.  The salary range for this position is $133,000 - $200,000.  Salary determinations are based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, length of past work experience, type of past work experience, the transferability of past work experience to the current position, full or part-time employment status, practice group and geographic location.  To apply please click here.
