Bankruptcy / Creditors’ Rights Litigation Attorney – Hybrid from CT or Boston
We are seeking an attorney to join our Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights practice in either Connecticut or Boston, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have a minimum of five years of experience in bankruptcy or in commercial litigation with an interest in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights work. Candidates must have strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with a client service mindset and strong case management skills. Finance/Corporate Trust Lawyer – CT, Boston, or Remote
We are seeking a lawyer with a minimum of four years of experience in transactional work to join our well-established, nationally renowned Corporate Trust practice. Our Corporate Trust group works closely with the capital markets and loan agency departments of major national banks and other financial institutions, representing them as trustees, administrative agents, escrow agents and collateral or security agents in a wide variety of corporate debt, project finance, municipal bond, secured and structured financing transactions and defaults. Applicants with finance or securities/capital markets experience would be ideal. Successful applicants must have the ability to work with complex transactional documents and prioritize work in a deadline-intensive environment. We value collaboration and collegiality among our lawyers and are looking for someone proactive with strong interpersonal skills to join our team. Real Estate Finance Attorney – Hybrid from CT or Boston
We are seeking an attorney to join our national commercial real estate lending practice in our Connecticut or Boston offices, with the ability to work two days per week remotely. Candidates should have five to eight years of experience in commercial real estate primarily representing lenders. Preference for candidates with experience in lender representation in all asset classes (e.g. office, multi-family, retail, hospitality), and experience with structured debt and secondary market (e.g. the buying and selling of loans). Candidates should have eight or more years of experience in trust and estate planning and administration, including knowledge of relevant state and federal tax laws. Experience with multigenerational wealth transfers, business succession planning, gift and income tax planning, charitable planning, and nuptial agreements is preferred.
