Gregory P. Muccilli is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate, Environmental and Land Use practice group and serves as chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee.
Greg provides strategic guidance to a broad range of clients with respect to real estate development, commercial financing and commercial leasing matters throughout Connecticut and the broader New York and New England regions and in all commercial real estate asset classes. His experience includes counseling clients in the acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of industrial, commercial, mixed-use and multi-family residential properties. Greg’s national leasing practice includes office, biotech/laboratory, retail and industrial leasing matters, having negotiated build-to-suit, reverse build-to-suit, sale-leaseback, ground lease and other forms of land development agreements on behalf of real estate owners and commercial landlords and tenants.
