Synergy Program

Synergy is the alternative fee arrangement program that we offer to qualified start-up companies. Shipman & Goodwin has a long and successful history of representing emerging companies. We recognize that one of the major challenges they face is that they are strapped for funds, and paying a law firm's standard hourly rates is impossible, or at least unpalatable for most entrepreneurs. The answer is our Synergy program. Under this program, we offer several basic legal services for a fixed fee--so you don't have to worry about cost overruns.

Then, for all other legal services, we offer a choice of discounted-fee packages based on where your emerging growth company is in its development process.
