Zone Change Approval for 160 Cromwell Apartments

After a court appeal sent the application back to the Cromwell Planning and Zoning Commission, we were hired by the developer, Belfonti Companies, to pursue a new application to re-zone the property to Planned Residential Development, which would allow the construction of a luxury rental community comprised of 160 units in seven buildings. The zone change application was approved unanimously in November 2017 and no appeal was taken.
