Lee Anne Duval focuses her practice in the areas of complex business and intellectual property litigation, representing clients in both state and federal courts in all phases of litigation at both the trial and appellate levels.

Lee currently represents clients in a wide range of intellectual property disputes, including those involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights and unfair competition. 

Prior to joining the firm, Lee was a law clerk to the Honorable Holly B. Fitzsimmons, United States Magistrate Judge, Bridgeport, Connecticut.

Represented manufacturer of submersible pump in patent infringement claims against competitors. Secured favorable settlement.

Federal Certification Mark Prosecutions Against Counterfeiting Doctors

Obtained significant settlements in representation of a national medical specialty board since 1994 in certification mark infringement cases in several jurisdictions throughout the country.  Actions have been brought in California, Connecticut, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.
