Participants will be provided with a review and analysis of recent cases of interest to real property practitioners as well as bills that have recently passed in the legislative session, and a review of those bills that may not have passed but bear watching.

- About the important cases and statutes affecting conveyancing in Connecticut
- About important statute changes in the 2018-2019 legislative session
