Emily McDonough Souza Named to Fairfield County's 40 Under Forty List

This annual recognition celebrates the region's most influential and accomplished young professionals who demonstrate exceptional leadership, professional achievement, and community involvement.

Emily’s practice involves evaluating, investigating, and litigating employment-related disputes for a broad range of clients, including both public and private sectors, and advising employers on policies to ensure compliance with matters such as FMLA, ADA, discrimination avoidance, disability, and accommodations. Emily is also a consistent participant in pro bono opportunities at the firm and has distinguished herself as a leader through the quality of her practice and her willingness to offer her time and resources to her community.
The 40 Under Forty award winners were published by Westfair Business Journal on February 23rd, and will be celebrated at an awards dinner on April 30that the Stamford Hotel.
