Represented a Connecticut developer in receiving land use approvals related to two adjacent parcels of land in New Haven on which a new, ground-up thirty-unit residential building is to be constructed. Through various meetings with several stakeholders throughout the City, our client received significant support for this development which will serve to increase residential presence along Howe Street. Residents will enjoy convenient walking access to all downtown amenities as well as Yale University, and the approved plan will continue the growth of the Chapel West neighborhood which has seen significant development over the last few years.
