Obtained Summary Judgement for Non-Profit against Claims of Discrimination on the Basis of Pregnancy

Represented a non-profit organization in a state court lawsuit brought by a former employee.  In the lawsuit, the employee alleged that she was terminated shortly after she gave birth and therefore was discriminated against on the basis of her pregnancy.  Following written discovery and depositions, summary judgment on all counts was obtained from the state court judge.
